LIVE : Safety Days your team will never forget

This is the essence of The Hazard Factory. A collaborative VR experience in which your entire team practises together, makes mistakes without consequences, and learns to act as a group. The format can be scaled from an intimate session with 40 participants to a company-wide event with 1,000 participants a day.

How it works

Up to ten participants share the same virtual world. They discuss matters together, make decisions and see the consequences immediately. Around this VR core, we are building a full day of interactive workshops, both in VR and beyond.

At your premises or at another location

We’ll come to you, or we’ll organise the event at another venue. You choose what suits you best, and we’ll take care of the rest.

A completely hassle-free service, from A to Z

Set-up, headsets, trainers, catering and content: we take care of everything. All you need to do is organise the participants. We organise the non-VR workshops in collaboration with our partners, whilst retaining overall responsibility for planning and client relations.

The result ?

A Safety Day is not only an incredibly valuable learning opportunity; it also serves as a baseline assessment which, once all the sessions are over, gives you an idea of what is going well within the organisation and where there may still be blind spots. Everyone may score highly when it comes to fire hazards, but are people also aware of the electrical risks?
