The Hazard Factory?
After 25 years in high-risk sectors, founder Wouter Van Derbeken kept noticing the same thing: certificates and systems were fine, yet incidents still happened on the work floor. The real causes ran deeper — too little hands-on experience in realistic settings, and too little intrinsic motivation for safety.
