Want everything ready
each month?
Always prepared — no ad-hoc organizing. With a subscription, you reserve VR sessions to use throughout the year, onsite or offsite. Combine modules as you wish and track everything via the platform. Hardware VR sets are included.
Which Subscription Fits You?
Choose the subscription that fits the scale of your organization. From initial startup to large-scale rollout, we think along with you.
Essential
For companies or organisations that want to start VR training programmes. Combine different modules from our range and plan as you wish. You can call on certified instructors from The Hazard Factory.
Professional
For organisations with a large number of employees. You can create your own training scenarios by turning hazards on or off and adding your own logo to the learning environment. You can call on instructors from The Hazard Factory or we can provide a train-the-trainer session. You can also have one or more additional hazards created, depending on your subscription.
Enterprise
For large-scale rollout. You can create your own scenarios by turning hazards on or off, but you can also fully personalise the learning modules. Texts and questions accompanying the hazards are fully customisable. The branding in VR is fully adapted to your own organisation with a logo and introductory video by management. If desired, we can provide one or more train-the-trainer sessions. You can also have a number of additional hazards created, depending on your subscription.

How We Use VR in Training
Your team moves freely in a realistic VR environment — interacting with machines, materials, and workplace situations. Each hazard includes multiple-choice questions testing knowledge, skills, and behavior. Mistakes are welcome and discussed immediately. Trainers coach live and during debriefs using video and data-driven insights.
Step-by-Step Plan
Discover how we shape your journey together step by step, clearly and efficiently. From intake to implementation, we guide you through every phase.
-
01 – Intake
Define learning goals, module types, customization needs, and rollout details. Determine which studio setup fits best (6 or 12 headsets).
-
02 – Technical check
Together we assess training site and technical requirements (internet connection, space, etc.).
-
03 – Startup phase
After delivery of the VR studio, we begin together. Includes train-the-trainer sessions.
-
04 – Execution & reporting
You run sessions at your own pace. Results, planning, and data are always available on the learning platform.

FAQ
What is a session?
A VR session is a 30-minute training session in VR for one person. The number of sessions you need therefore depends on the number of learning moments you anticipate in VR and the number of participants. A learning moment in VR is always preceded by an introduction. Afterwards, you will receive a debriefing in the follow-up discussion.
Can we reschedule offsite trainings?
Yes, within the agreed timeframe and site schedule.
Can modules vary per session?
Absolutely. You can change or combine them depending on your needs.
Why do sessions always last 30 minutes?
A VR training session is a fully-fledged learning experience and not just a short experience with a wow effect. Thirty minutes is the ideal length of time to process maximum content with 100% focus and concentration. By alternating VR with a group debriefing, you really get the most out of your training and it stays with you much longer.
How many participants per session?
Up to 10 simultaneously. Larger groups are scheduled in rotation or with multiple studios.
Does VR cause motion sickness?
Our setup operates on the principle of free movement (free-room). This allows you to almost completely eliminate the risk of nausea, which often occurs with other individual VR experiences.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at each of our locations. Practical information is provided for each location. When you make a reservation, we will also provide a map for the participants.
Can we supervise sessions ourselves with our own trainers?
Yes, you can, but keep in mind that you will need a ‘train the trainer’ session and some preparation time for your trainers. For 1 day, customers usually call on trainers from The Hazard Factory, but if you want to schedule several days or train a large number of participants, this option can certainly be considered. Feel free to ask us for advice.
Which languages are available?
English, Dutch, French, German, Arabic, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Turkish
No suitable space available?
We’ll help you find one — or choose a training at one of our fixed locations.
What if we don't have 100 m²?
Smaller areas are possible if necessary, but not recommended. The larger the physical space, the more immersive it is to be able to walk around everywhere in the virtual world. So, smaller than 100 m² only if necessary and more than 100 m² if possible (up to 225 m² per arena).
