Onsite VR Training
on your work floor
We bring trainers, VR hardware, and scenarios directly to your site. Teams practice real-world situations from your industry — maximum learning, minimal downtime.
What is onsite training?
Onsite training brings the learning experience to your workplace — practical, realistic, and adapted to your team’s daily operations.
Your reality
Scenarios tailored to your sector’s risks and procedures, in the language of your staff.
Teamproof

Short sessions that fit your schedule, without long production interruptions.
Complete technical support
Our technicians take care of the setup and operation of the hardware. The trainers can focus on the content and the participants, not on the technology.
Customizable workshops
In the debrief, we focus on the themes that matter most within your company. orkshops lasting from 45 minutes to 4 hours.
Safety day
One or multiple days. Teams rotate between introductions, VR sessions, and feedback moments. Ideal as a workshop, campaign kick-off, refresher, or audit preparation.
How we use VR in onsite training
Your team moves freely in a realistic VR environment — among machines, materials, and real-world scenarios. Each hazard includes a multiple-choice question that checks knowledge, skills, and behavior. Mistakes are allowed and immediately discussed. Our trainers coach live and during the debrief, using video clips and measurable insights from the platform.

FAQ
What is a session?
A VR session is a 30-minute training session in VR for one person. The number of sessions you need therefore depends on the number of learning moments you anticipate in VR and the number of participants. A learning moment in VR is always preceded by an introduction. Afterwards, you will receive a debriefing in the follow-up discussion.
How many participants per session?
Up to 10 simultaneously. Larger groups are scheduled in rotation or with multiple studios.
No suitable space available?
We’ll help you find one — or choose a training at one of our fixed locations.
What if we don't have 100 m²?
Smaller areas are possible if necessary, but not recommended. The larger the physical space, the more immersive it is to be able to walk around everywhere in the virtual world. So, smaller than 100 m² only if necessary and more than 100 m² if possible (up to 225 m² per arena).
Which languages are available?
English, Dutch, French, German, Arabic, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Turkish
Can we supervise sessions ourselves with our own trainers?
Yes, you can, but keep in mind that you will need a ‘train the trainer’ session and some preparation time for your trainers. For 1 day, customers usually call on trainers from The Hazard Factory, but if you want to schedule several days or train a large number of participants, this option can certainly be considered. Feel free to ask us for advice.
Does VR cause motion sickness?
Our setup operates on the principle of free movement (free-room). This allows you to almost completely eliminate the risk of nausea, which often occurs with other individual VR experiences.
Can modules vary per session?
Absolutely. You can change or combine them depending on your needs.
Why do sessions always last 30 minutes?
A VR training session is a fully-fledged learning experience and not just a short experience with a wow effect. Thirty minutes is the ideal length of time to process maximum content with 100% focus and concentration. By alternating VR with a group debriefing, you really get the most out of your training and it stays with you much longer.
Can VR training take place outdoors?
No, unfortunately not. Electronics and VR hardware are not resistant to (possible) rain, and sunlight can also interfere with position tracking.
